Shipping Policy

At Sapient Naturals, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across Pakistan only. Our shipping partners, TCS and Leopard Courier Service, provide services nationwide.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 6:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

• We currently offer standard delivery only through our courier partners TCS and Leopard.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on your location in Pakistan.

Shipping Costs

We follow two shipment classes:

1. Price Inclusive of Delivery – The retail price displayed includes delivery charges.
2. Price Exclusive of Delivery – Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout, based on product attributes (weight, size, and dimensions) as well as the customer’s location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all areas covered by TCS and Leopard within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer support at customer.care@sapientnaturals.com, and we will assist you promptly.
